| Through Commercial Sponsorship, sponsorships provide funds, services and in-kind products to help finance enhancements for Services events. In turn, Services can provide on-base advertising to local and corporate sponsors through the Marketing office. What is a sponsorship? Sponsorship is a partnership between a corporation and the Vance Air Force Base 71st Force Support Squadron, which serves as a marketing tool offering many advantages, such as: increase company awareness and visibility, increase brand loyalty, change/reinforce company image, drive retail traffic or showcase community responsibility. Sponsors provide cash, products or services to offset expenses or to enhance an event. Sponsors are given recognition in advertising and publicity of the sponsored event through various media vehicles such as the monthly What's Happenin' Magazine, FSS Weekly Slides E-mail, Posters or Fliers.
