The Vance Auto Skills Center is available to provide basic as well as extensive car repair, maintenance and restoration for all Vance personnel and their families. The Auto Skills Center is comprised of qualified instructors, eight indoor work stalls (equipped with indoor lights, compressed air, work benches and two vehicle lifts), 19 outdoor work stalls, engine overhaul area, four car wash stalls, commercial vacuum unit, tool issue available at no charge, certified welding metal fabrication facility, repair information for all vehicles from 1953 through the current year and various equipment for the “do-it-yourself” welder. Free classes are given two Thursdays a month at 5 p.m. on various types of vehicle maintenance to help you learn more about your vehicle. You can experience hands-on preventative maintenance, while also learning about regular inspections and tune-ups. Auto Skills Center Brochure Services Jeep: Need a Lift? Call the Auto Skills Center at (580) 213-7508 during regular operating hours and we'll send the Services Jeep out to your rescue! We're ready to tow, fill a flat tire, give you a jump and take care of most minor car emergencies in order to get you on your way. Vehicle Resale Lot: Are you interested in selling your car? Register it at the Auto Skills Center and for a $4 per week administrative fee patrons can park it at the vehicle resale lot. Call (580) 213-7508 for more details. Oil Disposal: Do you have old car oil you need to dispose of? Bring it to the Auto Skills Center, and the staff will dispose of it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
